Completion Coach – Delta

• Provide one-on-one guidance to a cohort of students
• Lead workshops, classroom presentations, and group events
• Build relationships with school or campus staff and community partners
• Track and report student progress and outcomes
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development
• Represent the program at events and outreach opportunities
• Serve in high schools by helping students navigate college applications, financial aid, and postsecondary planning through AdviseMI
• Support college students facing barriers to persistence and graduation through one-on-one coaching and targeted interventions through College Completion Corps

• Must be 18+
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or legal permanent resident
• Must pass federal and state background checks
• Must live within 45 minutes of placement site
• Reliable transportation
• AdviseMI:
  Bachelor’s degree or higher (Associates degree accepted at some locations)
• College Completion Corps:
  Associate degree or higher
• Full-term commitment is required
• Passion for helping students
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with sound judgment and initiative
• No prior experience is required
