• Provide program instruction using innovative teaching methodologies, current technologies, and industry trends
• Facilitate classroom lectures and discussions
• Engage students in course objectives and topics
• Assess student performance and mentor student success
• Support the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission
• Teach Professionalism in Science & Technology:
  Communication, Conduct, and Ethics
• Deliver instruction on professional communications, conduct, ethics, presentations, privacy, discrimination, workplace etiquette, cyber-ethics, network and data security, identity theft, ownership rights, and intellectual property

• MS (or higher) in an Engineering discipline with 3-5 years of business experience
• MBA with 3-5 years of managing within an engineering environment will also be considered
• Unofficial transcript reflecting degree earned with 18 graduate credit hours in the listed areas
• Ability to be on-site one day per week (excluding Friday) from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM CST at Fort Leonard Wood

Demonstrates expertise in innovative teaching methodologies and current technologies to effectively engage students in professional communications, ethics, and conduct within the engineering discipline. Holds an advanced degree in Engineering or an MBA with relevant business management experience.
