Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Substitute Teachers and Paraprofessionals to join our team. Substitutes play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of instruction and ensuring a positive classroom environment when the regular teacher is absent. Assignments may vary across grade levels (Pre-K through 12) and subject areas depending on district needs.

Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher or school staff.

Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment.

Manage classroom behavior in accordance with district policies.

Provide instruction and support to students of varying ages and abilities.

Communicate effectively with school staff and administrators.

Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, playgrounds, or other assigned areas.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.

Strong communication, flexibility, and classroom management skills.

Ability to adapt to different grade levels, subjects, and classroom environments.

Schedule & Compensation: Flexible, part-time scheduling based on district needs.
