Senior AI Learning Designer, Rapid Content

• Design and build focused, standalone 15–45-minute courses in sprints of three weeks or less
• Ship roughly 15 courses per year covering targeted workflows, role-based skills, tools, and timely AI topics
• Own the full design lifecycle: needs analysis, design, build, QA, and publishing
• Make scope decisions to maximize learning value in compact formats
• Deliver live and virtual training, adapting to audience questions, skill levels, and industry workflows
• Repurpose content across on-demand, live, micro, and full delivery modes
• Monitor product changes, customer signals, and internal feedback to identify emerging learning needs
• Triage incoming requests from company teams and customers
• Balance proactive and reactive work and prioritize speed and relevance
• Partner with product, product marketing, customer-facing teams, and subject-matter experts
• Coordinate with end-to-end learning experience designers to avoid duplication and complement larger curricula
• Identify topics that exceed the rapid-response format and share insights for the longer-term roadmap

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping courses at a fast pace
• Ability to design effective learning in compact 15–45-minute formats
• Comfort with rapid development cycles and short sprints
• Strong prioritization and triage skills
• Excellent live facilitation skills, both in person and virtually
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in standard LXD tools, including authoring tools such as Parta, LMS platforms such as Skilljar, slide/presentation tools, video production tools, and basic design tools
• Portfolio with 3–5 excerpts demonstrating course design craft
• At least 2 course excerpts scripted, recorded, and edited independently
• At least 1 sample teaching an AI topic
• At least 1 live facilitation example
• Ability to submit brief notes describing each portfolio excerpt and the candidate's specific role
• Ability to work in person in an office 3 days per week
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the job is located
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Demonstrates expertise in instructional design and learning experience design, with a focus on creating effective, compact courses in rapid development cycles. Proficient in live facilitation and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with organizational learning needs.
