Aurora students attend school Monday-Thursday (4 days a week only). This person needs good communication skills and must have the ability to differentiate instruction, provide strategies needed for student learning, and be able to document well. They should be able to collaborate with others, develop plans to ensure learning, and utilize behavior strategies to help with motivating students and with student behaviors.
Benefits include a Board-paid health insurance stipend, paid sick/personal leave days, a special education stipend, and staff-paid daycare. Salary depends upon years of experience and level of education. Position will be open until filled.
