* ** We are looking for a talented individual…
** To join our team as a Commercial Field Specialist! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to small business and commercial customers. Install energy-efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re) audits, pre, and post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders, to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits, or new construction.

Provides technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.  Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.

*** Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large-scale commercial buildings. Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into the program database.
* Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and effectiveness of products. Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
** Compensation Range**$55,700.00 - $83,500.00
