Position Specific
Description:
This position is part of the growing RNG Team within Next Era Energy's Power Generation Division. RNG
-Production Technician III is responsible for the operations portion of plant by monitoring, operating, and maintaining equipment within our RNG production facility. This includes but not limited to compressors, pumps, valving, and any other process equipment to ensure a steady supply of spec grade feedstock RNG is maintained and processed through the facility. The RNG
- Production Technician III performs routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in optimal condition, identifying and addressing any issues promptly. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Maintains accurate records of equipment maintenance, tracking, and production activities. Collaborates with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
Participates in safety meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations
- Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment
- Clear and concise documentation management
- Maintain communication with plant personnel and management
- Observe gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure machine is working properly
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance
- Ensure plant adheres to safety and environmental rules
- Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action
- Use scientific rules and methods to solve problems
- Conduct area inspections and audits
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience:
0+ years - Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
