As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services that deliver solutions addressing critical infrastructure resilience and security issues while supporting the military mission and reducing environmental impacts.

The ERS Division is seeking a qualified and proactive Installation Project Coordinator to support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Facilities Directorate. The coordinator will provide on‑site support to engineering, public works, and regional program teams by conducting technical site evaluations, coordinating stakeholder requirements, and ensuring accurate project documentation for construction, demolition, and modernization initiatives. This role serves as a technical liaison to installation stakeholders, synthesizes on‑site findings into authoritative data inputs, and supports schedule, cost, and closeout processes for timely, risk‑aware project execution.

• Conduct on‑site reconnaissance and constructability assessments of proposed and active project locations, including site conditions, environmental factors, utilities, and design feasibility.
• Coordinate with installation stakeholders—Public Works, ROICC, environmental offices, tenant units—by facilitating planning meetings, design charrettes, and technical discussions.
• Translate on‑site engineering and operational data into standardized draft reports and enter validated findings into Government‑approved systems (e.g., BUILDER SMS, USMCMax, enterprise project trackers).
• Analyze discrepancies between field conditions and engineering assumptions; perform root‑cause assessments and recommend solutions to regional program managers.
• Support Red Zone transition activities by coordinating utility tie‑ins, system training, and turnover events with construction contractors and Public Works teams.
• Track schedule and cost metrics, identify operational risks, and report milestone or budget variances to regional program managers.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and maintain installation‑level critical issues logs for all active and proposed projects.
• Coordinate site‑visit logistics and prepare briefing materials and documentation for official Government inspections.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Program Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, facilities support, project coordination, engineering assistance, or installation‑level operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, site conditions, and engineering documentation.
• Experience facilitating meetings, coordinating stakeholders, or supporting technical project activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office and project management systems (MS Office, SharePoint, Teams).
