** Quality Engineer

** Quality Engineer Lead

** To be considered for the Quality Engineer opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
*** Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* ASQ certification (CQE, CQA, CQM) or 7 years of relevant aerospace quality engineering experience
* Extensive expertise in aerospace products and processes
* Strong background in regulatory administration and quality engineering principles
* AS9102 First Article Inspection. DISCUS/Net Inspect
* Root Cause and Corrective Action Investigation
** As a Quality Engineer, you will:
*** Apply strategic and critical thinking to Quality Management Systems and product quality.
* Review customer contracts and purchase orders for quality requirements.
* Communicate quality program requirements internally and externally.
* Develop and implement quality procedures and metrics.
* Collaborate with production and engineering to identify risks and implement proactive quality improvement strategies.
* Conduct audits to assess technical capabilities and recommend improvements.
* Manage nonconformance and corrective action processes.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Offer technical assistance and training to inspection personnel.
