** What You’ll Do
** As the Manufacturing Process Engineer focused on Automation, you will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing operations through process optimization and automation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

* Key Responsibilities Include:

*** Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
* Develop and implement automated manufacturing solutions to streamline production workflows
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for automation projects
* Design, program, and integrate automated systems including robotics and PLCs
* Oversee installation and commissioning of automation equipment while minimizing production disruption
* Train employees on new automation systems and processes
* Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Prepare reports and present data-driven recommendations to leadership
* Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure product specifications are achieved
* Investigate and resolve quality issues related to automation processes
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste and improving manufacturing efficiency
* Stay current on automation trends and emerging technologies to support innovation
** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering with a strong focus on automation
* Experience supporting Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Pull Systems, and Just-in-Time delivery
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
