What You’ll Do- Leads engineering team supporting Henkel’s top consumer electronics accounts to develop advanced adhesive solutions and manufacturing products
- Promotes a culture of learning, collaboration, and personal development
- Mentor team members and support long-term career growth
- Oversees Cap Ex and drives continuous improvements to ensure labs and capabilities are future‑ready
- Manages engineering labs and workflow prioritization to meet customer, internal, and market requirements
- Ensures adherence to Henkel safety/legal requirements and all relevant industry and customer standards
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices
- Proven track record of guiding, motivating, and developing a technical team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team of at least 5+ engineers/scientist as direct reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing teams, clients, and stakeholders
- The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions
- The ability to lead the team and coordinate complex projects and assignments
- Familiarity with FEA, flow modeling CAD and lab automation technologies

The salary for this role is $ - $. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
