Francison Consulting, Inc., founded in California in 2021 and headquartered in Los Angeles, is a growing construction consulting firm specializing in PM/CM and Project Controls including scheduling services for public‑sector and private‑sector clients across the western U.S. and nationwide.

We are expanding our Project Controls & Scheduling practice and are seeking Schedulers at the Associate through Senior level to support education, public works, theme park, and large‑scale data center programs.

What You’ll Do

Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include:

  • Review contractor Primavera P6 baseline construction schedules to identify missing scope, logic issues, and milestone gaps
  • Analyze and validate critical path activities, cost loading, and schedule logic
  • Review and provide written analysis of monthly schedule updates, identifying milestone slippage and critical path impacts
  • Prepare structured schedule review comments using client‑specific templates (e.g., LAUSD or owner formats)
  • Develop schedule filters, layouts, bar charts, and dashboards to support project analysis and executive reporting
  • Perform QA/QC of contractor schedule submittals to ensure compliance with contract requirements and scheduling guidelines
  • Validate logic ties, sequencing, and conformance across program‑level schedules
  • Ensure proper use of standard codes, layouts, and reporting structures to maintain data integrity
  • Develop Earned Value (EV) curves and progress tracking reports
  • Support project teams and scheduling leadership with ad‑hoc reporting and schedule risk analysis
Education & Public Sector Projects (Los Angeles)
  • K–12 and higher education facilities
  • Public works and bond‑funded programs
Data Center Projects – WI, MI, TX
  • Large‑scale, mission‑critical data center construction
  • Fast‑track schedules and phased turnover milestones
  • Data center experience is required for nationwide roles
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional construction scheduling experience working for an Owner, Construction Manager, or General Contractor.
  • Experience supporting education, public works, or program‑level projects preferred
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and MS Office
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • 5–10+ years of scheduling experience on complex construction programs
  • Proven experience reviewing and managing contractor schedules
  • Experience with program‑level scheduling and reporting
  • Data center scheduling experience required for nationwide roles
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and executive reporting skills
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in:
    Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Or a closely related field
  • Annual Salary: $165,000–$210,000 (commensurate with experience and level)
