Position Summary:The Regional Manager of California should reside in California and expect to travel within the state. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales and service territory within California. This role focuses on selling and supporting industrial chemical programs across heavy and light segments, with an emphasis on wastewater treatment (WWT). The position is expected to deliver sustained growth significantly above industry CAGR, enabling future expansion of the regional team.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a sales and service territory covering California (may be required to work outside the region listed as needed).
- Serve as a trusted technical and commercial resource for customers, ensuring high service quality and long-term partnerships.
- Sell, implement, and support industrial chemical programs for customers in various industries (food and beverage, municipalities, general manufacturing, mining, oil services, etc.)
- Identify, develop, and execute complex water treatment opportunities in line with business strategy.
- Collaborate with other Tidal Vision business units on territory crossover opportunities, evaluated and managed on a case-by-case basis.
- Supporting the hiring of additional sales and service representatives under the CCO.
- 10+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on customer accounts and sales.
- Must have technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food and beverage, mining, oil and gas, or related.
- Must sit in California.
Special Requirements :
- Subject to a criminal background check.
Primarily office-based with occasional travel to facilities and customer sites. Sitting or standing for extended periods may be required.
