Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Demand Forecaster & Modeling (BGS-G SC) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities- Performs or maintains routine inventory procedures, assists in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving.

- Assess performance of models and analysis and confirm that business objectives were met.
- Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment.
- Builds and manages data sets/modeling records to run models and simulations.
- Identify process and system improvements and support business decisions.
- Gathers, cleans and verifies accuracy, and analyzes data to develop and manage multiple data sets.
- Run demand forecasting, strategic optimization, initial spares models and logistics simulations on complex projects.
- Analyzes, manipulates, updates and optimizes models.
- Uses models to estimate resource needs.
- Uses tools, models and simulations to identify process and system improvements.
- Assesses supply chain practices to improve cost and cycle time.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data analytics.
- Minimum of 1 year experience using or applying statistical and mathematical concepts to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality deliver.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Great communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., R) and database languages (e.g., SQL).
- Strong team player and passion to execute projects with a focus on customer and value.
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, economics, quantitative finance, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or related field of engineering.
- Demand forecasting and/or data simulation experience.
This position may require traveling up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $82,450.00 - $
