A prominent manufacturing organization is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer in Unionville, Missouri. In this role, you will lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing waste and enhancing productivity. Responsibilities include conducting Kaizen events, training staff on Lean principles, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3–4 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
