DevOps Engineer

Serve as Dev Ops engineer for Cloud Fire and as KASH application administrator, managing environments, deployments, configurations, and access to support reliable operations. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure/environment automation, monitoring/alerting, and incident response to ensure platform stability and fast recovery. Partner with data engineering and product teams to support data workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements across Dev Ops and data operations.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement work streams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

5+ years of experience in Dev Ops engineering (CI/CD, release management, environment provisioning, monitoring/observability, and incident/problem management).

5+ years experience administering enterprise applications (preferably including Cloud Fire and/or KASH) such as configuration, user/access management, and operational support.

5+ years working knowledge of cloud platforms and automation/scripting to manage deployments and operational tasks; familiarity supporting data pipelines is a plus.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional and offshore teams and resolve production issues quickly.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
