We are looking to add a Senior Key Account Manager to manage a refinery in Baton Rouge.

• Manage customer location and building customer relationships with value added technical service.
• Prospecting for and the acquisition of new customers, through value added consultative selling technique.
• Review water treatment programs and processes (cooling, boiler, wastewater treatment) within the account ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention.
• Management of customer inventories on site including coordinating orders and deliveries
• Focus to maintain and grow revenue at customer location
• Oversee site projects and priorities, have ownership for the expected level of service provided, develop and maintain business relationships.
• Troubleshoot feed systems and utility equipment in the field and servicing utility systems
• Conduct business reviews, develop technical reports, attend and hold customers meetings and deliver clear technical presentations

• Experienced sales professional with previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment especially boilers, power and/or waste water
• Possess strong relationship management skills
• Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
• Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering, or other related field
• Ability to work with a team to complete site responsibilities

The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,850.00 and $ plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
