THD Design Group is a comprehensive survey and civil engineering services company with more than 30 years of experience. The team provides engineering design, land surveying and construction management for public and private sectors. Our expertise and technology enable projects from preliminary design through final design, bid, construction, and construction support including plan clarification and coordination with contractors and field surveyors.

Our surveying and engineering staff have delivered economical surveys and designs for boundary/topographic surveys across single-family residential, large commercial and industrial developments, and municipal projects.

THD Design Group is looking for a Licensed Field Surveyor. Candidate must be licensed in Missouri or able to obtain a license in Missouri. THD is currently licensed in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, and Iowa. • Manage boundary surveys
• Manage topographic surveys
• Manage construction stake out
• Manage Alta surveys
• Work with project managers as well as clients on survey related items

• 2 years' experience in a survey required
• Must have Missouri Surveyor's license or the ability to obtain one
• Experience in completing field work necessary to complete a boundary survey required
• Ability to train field personnel on finding appropriate monuments required
• Strong problem solving and resolution skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to communicate via email and verbally
