We are hiring for one of our clients, a company in the cement industry, seeking a Reliability Engineer I CEM. This role supports the operation and maintenance of plant equipment and manages Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs to improve equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with equipment suppliers and plant staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Monitor reliability systems including preventative maintenance, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring.
- Create and manage preventive maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for repetitive equipment issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment availability and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).
- Generate regular reports on CBM program status.
- Coordinate SAP operations for preventive maintenance optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams.
- Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in mechanical or reliability engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and other relevant software.
