RF Microwave & Antenna Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an RF Microwave and Antenna Engineer to work on hardware integration, testing, and transition to production. The role requires hands‑on experience with commercial off‑the‑shelf and custom test equipment, and strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and RF issues.

El Segundo, CA (Address: 2000 E Imperial Hwy, BLDG R01). Onsite position. Travel is required.

Active and transferable U.S. Government‑issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Develop specifications and conduct trade studies for RF Microwave subsystems.
• Integrate hardware into antenna subsystems and perform engineering development unit (EDU) validation.
• Operate and troubleshoot test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal & pulse generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Support transition of hardware lines to production and provide technical results to program leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.
• Minimum 2+ years of RF/Microwave test and integration experience.
• Proficiency with network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal & pulse generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Active and transferable U.S. Government‑issued security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

• Experience presenting technical results to program leadership and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Root‑cause corrective action investigation experience.
• MATLAB proficiency.
• Understanding of airborne radar integration and near‑field or far‑field range experience.
• M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF/Microwave.

$75,800–$144,200 USD. Salary is based on experience and role responsibilities.
