Job Description
Quality Engineer opportunity! $60-85k/year DOE. Role is on-site in Oxnard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in manufacturing quality.
- Professional Quality and/or Six Sigma certifications a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- This is a hands‑on position and requires an ability to look to the future and offer solutions and improvements.
