Selectek is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer for a senior role on a permanent basis. Our partnering company, located near St. Louis, MO, needs candidates with strong backgrounds in power and lighting distribution to oversee commercial projects.

Expected Pay Range$80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience and certification level

Job Requirements- 5+ years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial buildings
- AutoCAD proficiency required;
Revit experience preferred - Background in commercial structural projects - familiar with how electrical integrates into building frameworks
- Capable of managing design teams or leading segments of large projects
- Strong communication skills; comfortable interfacing with clients and architects
- Motivated to grow into a leadership or project management role
- United States citizenship. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
- Design electrical power distribution, lighting, and building systems for commercial structures
- Collaborate closely with structural and architectural teams to deliver integrated design solutions
- Oversee and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Produce and review drawings and documentation using AutoCAD (required) and Revit (preferred)
- Serve as the client-facing point of contact from design through project completion
- Mentor and lead engineering team members on assigned projects
