About the Role
Our Leading Aerospace Client is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing programs. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory quality requirements while supporting production readiness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Represent Quality in team activities to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and contractual requirements
Interpret quality requirements and provide guidance to internal teams
Develop quality metrics and certification plans for design and production
Conduct supplier capability assessments and process validations
Participate in design reviews to ensure quality is built into products
Perform analysis, testing, and process audits to ensure manufacturing readiness
Review and disposition non-conforming materials
Perform Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) for quality issues
Analyze non-conformance trends and recommend corrective actions
Conduct benchmarking and process capability analysis

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with Master’s degree)
Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Strong data analysis experience

Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA/RCCA) and corrective actions
Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100

Preferred Qualifications
Aerospace industry experience

Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI)
