Expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.

DescriptionAs a Senior Project Engineer at Fisk Electric, reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on L.A. Metro Purple Line 2/3 Extension projects.
Responsibilities- Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims
- Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records
- Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process
- Research and propose solutions to quality control issues
- Verify that all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawings and specifications
- Provide support to the project leadership as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field is required
- Minimum ten (10) years of construction industry experience
- Field Engineer experience preferred
- Electrical contractor experience is a plus
- Traffic / Street Lighting experience is a plus
- Must understand fundamentals of contracting and have familiarity with large scale mass transit / transportation projects
- Must be organized with the ability to manage a system or discipline
- Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities is vital
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills such as tact, diplomacy, influence, etc. are essential
- Must be a business-oriented person
