Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our company training program and work in all areas of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and CNC programming. Responsibilities will include manufacturing, design, and continuous improvement hands-on projects. Provide daily manufacturing support and guidance for their respective product line. Participate in and drive overall financial performance improvements for their respective product line area of responsibility.
The individual may travel to our Southern California facilities for additional experience and training. Your growth and success is unlimited as we are an engineering-driven company.
- Manufacturing, design, and continuous improvement hands-on projects.
- Provide daily manufacturing support and guidance for their product line.
- Participate in and drive overall financial performance improvements for their product line area of responsibility.
- Travel to Southern California facilities for additional experience and training, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with Solid Works and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to learn about all aspects of a manufacturing company.
MIN/MAX: $75k to $75K
