Job Description
Join our Water Resources team at Olsson, a leading engineering firm actively seeking a dedicated Entry‑Level Civil Engineer graduate. The Water Resources team offers its clients a full spectrum of water services, including planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. This entry‑level Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) developmental position performs a variety of routine engineering assignments, strengthening knowledge and experience under direct supervision. The role assists with generating ideas and creating designs that provide purposeful, high‑quality solutions to solve engineering and design needs.

You bring to the team:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field of study
- Ability to obtain or possession of an Engineer (EI) or (IE) certificate
- Experience with Civil 3D, HEC‑RAS, or other modeling software is a plus
- Aspiration to advance and evolve in the field of water resources engineering
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills
