Republic Services - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical problems and apply advanced troubleshooting skills;
Perform repairs and maintenance on wastewater treatment equipment such as conveyors, screens, thickeners, screw presses, ultrafilters, chemical dosing systems, pumps, and piping;
Repair or replace parts as directed by work orders; complete accurate service reports;
Overhaul or replace machine components and worn items;
Communicate with lead operator and/or wastewater operators for clarification of problems; discuss preventive techniques with equipment users
