Akkodis is seeking a Roadway Professional Engineer for a Direct Hire job with a client in Fenton, MO. This is a Hybrid position, requiring to be in office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays each week.

Rate Range: $90,000/ year to $130,000/ year;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Roadway Professional Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Lead transportation engineering projects—from concept to construction
• Design roadway systems, drainage plans, traffic control, and erosion control strategies
• Prepare detailed specs and contract documents
• Estimate quantities and construction costs with precision
• Drive quality control and mentor project teams to success

Desired

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering + Active PE license
• 8+ years in roadway/transportation design
• Skilled in Micro Station Open Roads and/or Civil 3D
• Deep understanding of AASHTO, MUTCD, and APWA standards
• Proven project leadership and cross-functional communication skills
