Senior Civil Engineer – Water Resources Projects

Verdantas seeks a senior‑level civil engineer to manage studies and designs for water resources projects. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality engineering solutions for potable water, wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure master planning.

• Lead and manage water resources design projects from concept through final deliverables.
• Produce final design products, study analyses, and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE registration in California, or ability to obtain CA registration within 1 year.
• 10+ years of experience in the civil engineering field.
• Experience with potable drinking water systems.
• Strong communication, organization, time‑management, and budgeting skills.
• Demonstrated project success with repeat business and positive references.
• Willingness to relocate from outside the area.
