Overview
Join our dynamic Engineering team to support and develop new products for the leader in the Food Retailing Industry! This position will support a variety of new and existing products and projects.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Lead Engineers on conceptual design and overall development of refrigerated display cases
- Design parts/assemblies in 3D modeling software (Solid Edge).
- Support product testing
- Support product prototyping in our Model Shop
- Hussmann Ideation and Innovation Project – Engineering Lead (Summer Only)
- Participate in engineering gate review deliverables within the design release process (Design Reviews, DFMEAs, DVP&R, etc.)
- Support internal customers (Manufacturing, Service, Quality, Sales)
- Currently enrolled in school pursuing a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
