As a Product Manager at Micron Technology, Inc. in the Cloud Memory Business Unit (CMBU), you will drive the execution of high bandwidth memory (HBM) products, positioning Micron for success in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and High‑Performance Computing (HPC) business segments. You will work on innovative technologies to enable next‑generation HBM products and lead cross‑functional teams to align product execution within scope, timeline and budget.
Responsibilities- Support the Product Manager Lead by managing assigned tasks, expanding product‑management knowledge, and facilitating key processes.
- Drive product‑execution meetings to report status, identify risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Organize and lead cross‑functional workshops on product strategy, requirements, and roadmap alignment.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), business term sheets, and other customer‑facing documents for high‑performance memory products.
- Represent the Product Management team in Product Development Team meetings, ensuring product specifications and business needs are accurately communicated.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) with 10+ years of combined experience in product development or engineering within semiconductor or computing systems.
- Strong business insight and proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Demonstrated experience writing marketing requirements documents for semiconductor products, translating technical and customer needs into clear features and benefits.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a high level of motivation.
- Proven track record of working effectively with cross‑functional teams across multiple global sites.
- Familiarity with DRAM products and current DRAM technology trends; HBM experience highly desirable.
- Experience in building and optimizing business cases, including cost analysis, ROI, and opportunity assessments.
- Ability to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market requirements and technology trends to guide product portfolio development.
- Skilled in competitive analysis and maintaining performance‑metrics databases for high‑performance memory products.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
