• The application of engineering knowledge to projects within the facility.
• Reducing waste, increasing efficiencies, streamlining processes, troubleshooting issues, identifying cost savings, and updating procedures.
• Projects performed under the guidance and assistance of experienced engineers.

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Chemical Engineering program.
• Current junior year of the degree program.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• High degree of personal initiative.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to work well on a team and in a diverse environment.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $23.20 to $44.20 per hour. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and other benefits.
