• Responsible for systematic research on the pan-European automotive market, covering policies and regulations, industry trends, market segmentation structure, changes in user demand, consumer preferences and new energy development direction. Identify key market signals that influence vehicle definition and localization development, and output product insights and requirement suggestions that can be translated into practical applications for R &
  
  D.
• Responsible for researching the configuration, functions, performance, interior and exterior design trends, and user reviews of top-selling competitor models in Europe, supporting product definition, configuration strategies and technology roadmap decisions for vehicle projects.
• Responsible for converting local market information into R & D language, generating product problem lists, function optimization suggestions, configuration competitiveness analysis, and localization development requirements, supporting the R & D team in developing European vehicle model.

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in vehicle engineering, market research, economics, business analysis, data analysis or related fields are preferred;
• At least 3 years of experience in market research, product planning, competitor analysis, product definition or R & D support within the European automotive industry;
• Understanding of the vehicle development process, and be able to translate market trends, regulatory requirements, user scenarios and competitor characteristics into product recommendations that can be referenced by the R & D team;
• Familiarity with mainstream European automotive brands and model configurations, and have the ability to access the competitiveness of Chinese brands in the European market;
• Experience with OEM, Tier 1, consulting firms, market research institutes, automotive media, or product planning will be a plus;
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
