Job Description
As a Sr Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the global Manufacturing Engineering organization. Your role will involve providing strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes across all sites. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and leadership in manufacturing engineering
- Oversee and manage the manufacturing engineering activities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
