Boeing Global Services is seeking a Training Segment Systems Engineer (Product Manager) for the A-MH Program, located in Hazelwood, Missouri. The selected candidate will join the Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE) as we design, develop, manufacture, and deliver pilot and maintenance training products (hardware, software & courseware).Product Managers manage the entire product life cycle across all engineering teams, providing project management, technical leadership, and a strong drive to successfully deliver.

Position Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all engineering aspects of the product

* Collaborate with technical leadership including chief engineers, system architects, and fellow product managers

* Coordinate with program management and engineering teams to develop and maintain execution plans

* Manage product release schedules and release activities

* Track execution progress, identify blockers, and guide adjustments as necessary

* Work with supplier management to monitor and track supplier performance

* Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, developing mitigation or execution plans

* Play an integral role in developing Statements of Work (SOW) and estimates to fulfill customer requirements

* Ensure the product is accurate and complete before delivery to customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

* 5 + years' experience in engineering project planning or project management

* 3 + years' experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

* Experience developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* 7 + years' experience in engineering project management

* 5 + years' experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

* Experience with Cost account management and/or earned value management

* Experience with Risk Management

* Experience with Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence

* Experience with Training Systems and/or Boeing military aircraft platforms

* Experience working within an Agile team

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $136,850- $185,150
