Technical Project Leader (TPL) - Automotive

Lead and drive the technical aspects of high projects complexity and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements. Job Overview:
Define technical strategy for high-impact projects (innovation, global platforms…) Lead and drive the technical team in tandem with the Project Manager Manage interfaces between customers and project teams Oversee multiple projects or a technical portfolio Ensure alignment between design, industrialization, and customer requirements Participate in strategic decisions with EMIA management (M&S, PM, PjM, PE,…) Represent the company to customers and partners on technical topics Acting as a Technical reference and mentor for Junior Technical Project Leaders

What your background should look like:
Engineering degree (mechanical / electrical, or similar) with proven experience in product design and development Typically, 8+ years extensive experience in (technical) complex product development within the automotive sector Expertise in complex system design in automotive sector Strong leadership and intercultural communication skills Strategic vision and ability to manage global projects
