Senior Project Engineer

Currently, we are closing the planning rights in the Niedermittlau
- Langenselbold area. At the same time, we are planning the Hanau-Rauschwald-Rodenbach areas. In the southern corridor, we are determining the basics for preliminary planning. First construction work is expected in connection with the early renewal of the signal technology and demolition starting in 2027. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a (Senior) Project Engineer in the large project ABS Aschaffenburg-Hanau-Gelnhausen for DB InfraGO AG at the locations Frankfurt am Main, Hanau or Langenselbold.

• As a (Senior) Project Engineer, you will work for the project management of transport infrastructure projects and be responsible for the main focus of overhead line systems
• In your role, you are responsible for the planning and for the realization of the necessary measures in the course of the four-track expansion and their interface
• You are responsible in the different areas from preliminary planning to project completion and ensure that deadlines are met, costs remain within the framework and quality is right
• In addition, you are in continuous dialogue with colleagues, planners, construction companies and construction supervision, coordinating the order-compliant implementation
• You create tender and award documents for planning and work on overhead line systems, calculate and monitor project costs, check and evaluate addenda and manage all necessary acceptances
• You like to share your expertise with your colleagues and thus make your contribution to strengthening the competence of the entire team
• You coordinate your trade in close coordination with your colleagues from other areas (environment, construction operations, logistics)

• A completed (vocational) / university degree as an electrical engineer, telecommunications engineer or comparable field
• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of transport infrastructure
• Your experience in the field of infrastructure construction, in interface management as well as knowledge of contract law (HOAI, VOB) help you in your daily work
• You also have experience in dealing with and negotiating with construction companies
• You work in a structured and self-reliant manner, your way of working is result- and team-oriented
• Excellent communication skills as well as independent action characterize you
