Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S)
The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S) to support Airforce or Navy programs in Hazelwood/Berkely, Missouri.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support Domestic & International Military Aircraft Programs
- Develop, coordinate, and integrate program plans/schedules
- Analyze program schedule data to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement and program initiatives
- Identify risks/opportunities and develop mitigation plans
- Develop and establish lead time requirements
- Facilitate integration of project/program plans, schedules changes and baseline management
- Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management and self-managing projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Open Plan Professional, Primavera, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project etc.)
- Experience working on DoD programs

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $76,500 – $103,500
Security Clearance:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
