Electromechanical Technician (ONSITE)
Location:
Santa Clara, CA. Contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client.
- Pay Rate: $28–31/hr
- ONSITE
- Shift Details:
Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Troubleshoot and repair metrology equipment hardware and software issues.
- Perform complex electro‑mechanical technical functions such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro‑mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models, specialized test equipment, tools, and test fixtures.
- Test and troubleshoot system‑level and component‑level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub‑systems with minimal supervision, applying technical knowledge to solve difficult problems.
- Full understanding of the company's manufacturing and/or engineering processes and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting process equipment hardware.
- Knowledge of FIB/TEM/SEM equipment (helpful).
- Knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment (helpful).
- Good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives.
