Responsibilities- Contribute to all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle, including trade studies, development of CONOPS, system architecture, requirements definition and allocation, traceability, integration, verification, and qualification.
- Support development, analysis, documentation, and verification of system requirements using DOORS.
- Radar mode algorithm development and system performance assessments.
- Conduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB, Python, and C++.
- Perform daily tasks in a classified and controlled lab environment.
- Participate in hardware / software integration, troubleshooting, and hands‑on laboratory testing.
- Support verification, validation, flight test, production, and post‑deployment activities.
- Perform trade studies, functional / physical analyses, and MBSE‑based system design.
- Prepare and present technical reports, findings, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel up to 10%.
- Typically requires a degree in a STEM discipline (preferably Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics) and a minimum of 5years of prior relevant experience in Systems Engineering with radar algorithm design, requirements development, software / hardware integration, data analysis using MATLAB, and configuration management.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Advanced degree in a STEM discipline.
- Knowledge of radar fundamentals.
- Programming experience in Python and MATLAB.
- Experience troubleshooting electronic or system‑level issues, signal processing, control theory, statistics, information theory, detection methods.
- Imaging/pattern recognition expertise.
- Data filtering (Kalman, batch, optimal estimation).

Salary Range$95,500
USD–$181,700
USD.
