Associate or Mid-Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist

Propietary Program within the Air Dominance Division at Boeing in Hazelwood, MO. Reporting to the Proprietary Program’s IP&S Manager.

• Supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
• Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements, and resulting schedules.
• Supports the integration of program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity.
• Identifies and reports performance variances.
• Develops the Integrated Master Production Plan, schedules and supports change incorporation plans related to Integrated Scheduling products.
• Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment, tooling and resource requirements.
• 1+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, change management, program planning, project management, industrial engineering, or business operations.
• 1+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications.

• 3+ years of experience creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment, tooling and resource requirements.
• 3+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, change management, program planning, project management, industrial engineering, or business operations.
• Strong Excel skills.

• Travel up to 10% of mandatory work.
• Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit; candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
• Position requires the 1st shift.
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements and must be a U.S. Person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; must be U.S. citizenship; clearance must be active in the past 24 months.
• Must satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
