Your tasks:
Close collaboration with project managers and the operations team
- Timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven execution of projects in the field of building technology
- Close collaboration with project managers and the operations team
- Implementation of project management tasks in projects
- Arranging and monitoring externally provided services and performances concerning time, cost, and performance schedules
- Procurement of devices, equipment, and external services for commissioned and commissioned systems and trades
- Clarification of technical conditions taking into account all customer requirements
- Participation in solution design and the creation of technical offers
- Energy optimization in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments
- Coordination and processing of subcontractor services
- Customer support and ensuring system availability
- Creation and management of all project documentation
- Technical project-related guidance of on-site technicians
- Close collaboration with the sales team, service manager, and R&D team
- Support in selecting the right combination of hardware, software, and services to provide the highest value to the customer
- Support of the sales team during customer visits regarding technical solutions, offers, and presentations of new technologies
- Preparation and conduct of training for internal and external technical staff
- Reporting to the project management director
Your profile:
- Engineering degree or technician training in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification with good business management knowledge
- Knowledge in the field of MSR automation systems, security technology
- Experience in budgeting, profit and loss accounting, and cost management
- Experience in project management (PMP certification preferred)
- Knowledge in VOB/B is advantageous
- Knowledge in SAP
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork in an international environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically
- Very good German and good English language skills, spoken and written
