HW Design Systems Engineer Level 3

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, verification methods, model-based subsystem/assembly definitions, and assembly description documents
• Collaborate with IPT enabling end-to-end development and validation of integrated assemblies
• Create meaningful verification methods and integrate those requirements with design and test plans
• Maintain and improve systems engineering artifacts for accuracy and consistency

• Bachelor's degree in STEM
• 5 years of experience or 3 years with master's degree or 0 with PhD
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
• 1-2 years of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• 1-2 years of experience in evaluating/writing requirements
• 1-2 years implementing Systems Engineering processes
• 1-2 years of experience with DOORS and Cameo

Demonstrates expertise in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and requirements evaluation, with a strong focus on developing and validating integrated assemblies. Proficient in maintaining systems engineering artifacts and implementing processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
