Boaz Partners, LLC seeks a Reliability Engineer for a heavy-industrial client serving aerospace, defense, and advanced-manufacturing markets. You will focus on improving asset reliability, reducing downtime, and implementing long-term solutions across equipment, systems, and processes.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–7 years in reliability or maintenance engineering. CRE (ASQ) and CMRP certifications are preferred, with strong knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCA, TPM, and RMB.
