Energy Panel Structures Inc. is seeking a Multi-Family Project Estimator to support SIP-based multi-family projects from bid through award. In this role, you will review plans and specifications, perform detailed quantity takeoffs for structural insulated panels, roof and wall systems, and related components, and prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and project management to optimize designs for energy efficiency and constructability, track pricing and vendor quotes, and support value engineering.
This position requires strong construction estimating skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with builders and dealers.
