- Support technology integration for and development of first-of-kind space vehicles and missions
- Develop and present review packages to internal and external senior leadership
- Work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere

- Ensure proper system architecture is in place to support mission objectives
- Lead functional analysis and decomposition for mission activities
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to resolve cross-segment issues
- Utilise Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools to capture the system architecture and operational concept
- This position requires an active U.S.Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering and/or test.
- 3+ years of direct experience with Satellite Systems Engineering groups.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, and/or software engineering.
Demonstrates expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and systems integration, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex system architectures for space vehicle missions. Holds an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance and a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
