STMicroelectronics is seeking a Foundry Applications Engineer focused on Design Enablement in the San Francisco area to support customers designing RF and optical interfaces for AI data centers. You will bridge ST’s foundry customers with internal teams, enabling PDK/IP libraries and reference designs, with emphasis on high-speed optics and RF front end ICs.
This role requires deep experience in SiGe BiCMOS and 100G/200G signaling and collaboration across design and operations teams.
