Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to provide senior level process engineering support for its operations.
Responsibilities- Lead process engineering efforts, including design review, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Partner with cross functional teams to support safe, efficient, and reliable process operations.
- Apply advanced engineering judgment to resolve complex process issues.
- Adhere to shift schedules and site safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, process, or a related engineering discipline; advanced degree a plus.
- Significant professional experience in process engineering, ideally within an industrial or chemical processing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
