  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and cost control.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership to communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Provide mentorship to project staff and junior engineers, supporting their development and enhancing team capability.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with Worley's policies, procedures, and sustainability ambitions, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • University degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in construction project management, including pipe testing, pressure testing, and system verification for industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions with financial, environmental, and operational implications, balancing customer needs with organizational objectives.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience assigning work, guiding project teams, and potentially conducting performance evaluations.
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and build consensus across diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving technical and logistical challenges using sound judgment and available resources.
  • Proficient in construction-related systems, processes, and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and assist others in their effective use.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality in all phases of project execution, including pipe testing and commissioning activities.
