Civil Project Engineer

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Project Engineer who has passed the FE exam and is ready to grow into a licensed, well-rounded civil engineer. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior engineers and project managers on real projects — land development, site design, grading, drainage, stormwater, inspection work — while we invest in your path to your P.E.

You are early enough in your career to be hungry, and far enough along to be trusted with real work. You have passed your FE, and you are driving toward your P.E., not because someone told you to, but because you want your judgment, and eventually your stamp, to carry weight. You are energized by joining a firm at a pivotal growth stage, where your work is visible, your growth is actively supported, and your trajectory is genuinely tied to the firm's success.
